T-Shirt Design Marvel 02

This was kinda funny, I was given the task to go make some retro Marvel designs, so I dug thru the style guide and saw a bunch of those kick-ass old school Sound-FX hey used to draw and I thought that they would look great on a retro shirt. So I out together this design piecing it from 3-4 different art files, and sent it off. Well... not that I got yelled at, but I was given the "talk" that those FX made the art look too "young" and was told to never do it again. So.. being new to the game I ignored the order and asked a more experienced designer to try the idea out, that shirt sold and said designer was given the congrats and kudos galore. Lesson learned I guess...
