Sketchcraft 009 "Ghost Rider Poster Contest " - in this ish I share all my secrets to making this fine poster in under 24 hrs for the Face of the Fan poster contest. You still have a day to vote folks, so please send me one before the 4th! and have a Happy New Years! Also, this was recorded LIVE via Livestream, so thx to all who showed up with support!
Show music provided by Joe Gabbard and Brian Mount of "Six String Theory". I'd give you links to their Facebook or itunes... but they need to get busy with that lol. Really appreciate the grooves dudes!
OK it was sending me to the amazon page because I wasn't putting in the code thing above the download button. And I used to think my stuff was done because my pieces were only to help me understand a certain concept I was trying to learn about. But now I want to sell my stuff and I look at it knowing there is something missing and pissed because I don't know what it is. Sometimes I go do something, come back and say "Looks great." You want to pull some emotion from the viewer. But if you are the viewer and you are a bit of a perfectionist, the feeling of satisfaction is elusive as heck. I see how much you worked on the tiny city in the background of the Enslaved video and I'm like "Crap....I'm not even focusing." Now I feel like I'm working for hours to make a stick figure and then trying to go somewhere from there so it makes sense. THANKS A LOT ROB LOL.
Hey rob. I'm having a problem with the download of the pdf. I can't find the link on the fileshare page that will let me download it without paying a fee. The one about Richie Rich was really helpful along with the podcast. My question is: how do you know when you are done? Is there a checklist that you go through?
All you need to do is scroll down and on the right hand side it says "Slower Download" under Free User, easy peasy. As for knowing when I'm done... it's just having completed enough you work you tend to know when its finished lol.
